Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, VineForecast a r\u00e9cemment obtenu un financement de recherche du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mw.niedersachsen.de\/startseite\/aktuelles\/presseinformationen\/land-und-arbeitsgemeinschaft-fahrradfreundlicher-kommunen-niedersachsen-bremen-agfk-bauen-erfolgreiche-kooperation-weiter-aus-213673.html\">Incubateurs de haute technologie (HTI)<\/a> Basse-Saxe.<\/p><p>Les capteurs mobiles sont install\u00e9s sur des \u00e9quipements et des v\u00e9hicules qui traversent diff\u00e9rents champs pendant leur fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier. Cette approche s'oppose aux stations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques fixes qui sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 un site. Lorsque les v\u00e9hicules se d\u00e9placent \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents champs, les capteurs collectent une s\u00e9rie de donn\u00e9es climatiques provenant de diff\u00e9rents endroits. Au fil du temps, les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es servent de ressource pr\u00e9cieuse pour l'entra\u00eenement des algorithmes d'intelligence artificielle (IA). Ces algorithmes d'IA reconnaissent les liens entre les mesures climatiques et les caract\u00e9ristiques topographiques locales afin d'adapter encore mieux les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques standard aux facteurs sp\u00e9cifiques du lieu.<\/p><p>Sur le site <a href=\"\/fr\/downscaling-regionalisation-des-donnees-meteorologiques\/\">Article sur la r\u00e9gionalisation des pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques<\/a> nous d\u00e9crivons comment VineForecast utilise d\u00e9j\u00e0 des algorithmes d'IA pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des pr\u00e9visions microclimatiques \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilis\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es de mesure provenant d'un grand nombre de stations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques fixes de toute l'Europe afin d'entra\u00eener un algorithme qui adapte les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques standard aux conditions topographiques d'une parcelle (pente, orientation, etc.). Plus cet algorithme dispose de donn\u00e9es provenant de sites tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents, plus les pr\u00e9visions microclimatiques peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents sites (d\u00e9crites de mani\u00e8re simplifi\u00e9e).<\/p><h4><strong>Premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences avec des donn\u00e9es de station m\u00e9t\u00e9o r\u00e9duites<\/strong><\/h4><p>Lors des premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences, nous avons constat\u00e9 qu'une fraction des mesures d'une station m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique fixe suffisait comme donn\u00e9es d'entra\u00eenement pour conduire \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration significative des pr\u00e9visions de temp\u00e9rature et d'humidit\u00e9. Dans l'illustration 1, on peut voir en noir l'erreur de la pr\u00e9vision m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique standard pour une station m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique situ\u00e9e sur une pente raide de la Moselle. Celle-ci \u00e9tait en moyenne d'environ 1,8\u00b0C sur une p\u00e9riode allant de 2011 \u00e0 2021. En vert, l'erreur dans la pr\u00e9vision est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lorsque l'algorithme re\u00e7oit des donn\u00e9es d'entra\u00eenement de la station m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique. Cela signifie que de plus en plus de donn\u00e9es provenant du m\u00eame site ne conduisent pas \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des pr\u00e9visions. La raison en est simple. Le temps n'est pas seulement d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le microclimat. L'algorithme a certes la capacit\u00e9 de prendre en compte les erreurs dans les pr\u00e9visions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques qui sont provoqu\u00e9es par un microclimat sp\u00e9cifique (inclinaison, orientation, etc.). Mais il ne peut pas corriger les erreurs dont la cause est plut\u00f4t de \u201enature macroscopique\u201c, c'est-\u00e0-dire que la cause de l'erreur provient d'un environnement plus large.<\/p><h4><strong>Premiers tests et essais sur le terrain avec des entreprises partenaires<\/strong><\/h4><p>Nous sommes actuellement dans la phase de d\u00e9veloppement du projet avec des capteurs mobiles, les essais sur le terrain ayant commenc\u00e9 d\u00e9but mai 2023. Notre projet vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9vision du microclimat en cr\u00e9ant un r\u00e9seau de capteurs climatiques mobiles et en affinant les algorithmes de pr\u00e9vision correspondants. Pour nos premiers tests et les essais sur le terrain \u00e0 venir, nous travaillerons avec <a href=\"https:\/\/meteotracker.com\/en\/home\/\">MeteoTracker<\/a> une entreprise qui propose des stations m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques mobiles.<\/p><p>Pour les essais sur le terrain \u00e0 venir, nous travaillerons en outre avec un groupe de quatre clients. Pour cela, nous avons collect\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 Leipzig. Sur une p\u00e9riode de 2 heures, la diff\u00e9rence moyenne entre les mesures de temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tait de 0,5 \u00b0C. Les mesures de la temp\u00e9rature de l'air ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'une sonde de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8c5b7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8c5b7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En outre, notre \u00e9tude a analys\u00e9 la r\u00e9partition spatiale des donn\u00e9es des capteurs afin d'identifier les r\u00e9gions pr\u00e9sentant un microclimat particulier dans les zones urbaines. Nous avons trouv\u00e9 des liens statistiquement significatifs entre les variations du microclimat et les caract\u00e9ristiques topographiques locales, telles que les diff\u00e9rences d'altitude et la couverture v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Comme pr\u00e9vu, les parcs et les for\u00eats ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus frais et plus humides que les zones construites (figure 5). Les mesures d'humidit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9es pour tenir compte des tendances \u00e0 long terme et standardis\u00e9es afin de montrer comment elles s'\u00e9cartent des niveaux moyens d'humidit\u00e9. La for\u00eat Nonne et le parc Clara Zetkin pr\u00e9sentaient tous deux des taux d'humidit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que les zones plus urbanis\u00e9es du centre-ville et le long des routes principales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d226b42 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d226b42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>D\u00e9but mai 2023, les premiers capteurs mobiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s et les premi\u00e8res donn\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9es lors d'une visite chez nos partenaires de projet. Les donn\u00e9es des capteurs mobiles collect\u00e9es par nos partenaires sont d\u00e9sormais utilis\u00e9es en combinaison avec nos algorithmes de pr\u00e9vision afin de calculer des pr\u00e9visions microclimatiques plus pr\u00e9cises pour les vignobles. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les vignobles, dans lesquels le microclimat peut avoir un impact consid\u00e9rable sur la qualit\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 des raisins. Pour ce faire, ils ont mont\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de capteurs sur un rover qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un GPS et un RTK ainsi qu'\u00e0 un capteur lidar, se d\u00e9place sans collision \u00e0 travers le vignoble du\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/weinhof-brinkmann.de\/\">Ferme viticole Brinkmann<\/a><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> lors de l'essai sur le terrain (illustration 8).
